LEMON - PINEAPPLE - CARROT SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin (sweetened)
13 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. water, boiling
2 med. carrots, grated fine

NEED:

Measuring cup
Bowl
Wooden spoon
Food grater
Sm. molds

Put gelatin into bowl. Use pot holder to move boiling water. Pour water over gelatin. Stir gelatin until it is dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Stir pineapple, undrained, and the grated carrots into gelatin. Pour into single or individual molds. Set in refrigerator to harden. Serve on lettuce (with dollop of mayonnaise - optional).

Lime or raspberry gelatin may be substituted.
