STRAWBERRY CREPES 
1 c. flour
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 jar strawberry glaze
1 1/2 c. milk
Sweetened strawberries
Soft butter
Whipped topping

Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and flour until smooth. Let stand to room temperature. Heat small skillet (I like Teflon) and brush with butter. Put 4 tablespoons batter in skillet and spread by tilting. Cook until set a minute or so. Turn on to wax paper. Put chopped strawberries on one side and roll up. Chill. Top with strawberry glaze and whipped topping.
