EASY STUFFED CABBAGE 
2 lbs. extra lean hamburger
5 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1 lg. cabbage, diced
2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu

Brown hamburger, onion, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Mix in 2 cups uncooked rice.

Layer bottom of a Pyrex baking dish with 1/2 of the diced cabbage. Next add the meat and rice mixture. Top with the remaining cabbage. Put chopped bacon pieces on top of cabbage. Pour Ragu sauce over casserole.

Cover with aluminum foil. Cook in oven for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
