APPLE WEDGES 
5 lg. apples
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 1/8 c. milk
Dash salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Peel, core and cut apples into slices. Mix flour, eggs, salt, vanilla and milk to make a batter. Dip apple slices into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and serve warm.
