GOLDEN WALDORF COLESLAW SALAD 
2 golden delicious apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced celery
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt

Wash, pare and core apples. Cut into 1/2 inch chunks.

Toss with lemon juice, cabbage, celery, and nuts. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and toss with apple mixture.

Season to taste with salt.

Can serve immediately or cover and chill. 6-8 servings.
