CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned & cut in halves
4 thin slices of ham
4 thin slices Monterey Jack cheese
Shake 'n Bake

Pound each breast thin. Top each with a slice of ham and cheese. Roll up bringing sides in if possible. Secure with toothpicks. Moisten each roll with water and shake with Shake 'n Bake. Cook on full power for 5 minutes. Turn each over and cook 3 minutes more. Place chicken rolls on serving dish and set aside.
