1 stick butter
1 bag chocolate chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt together above ingredients. Slowly pour over a box of Rice Chex or Crispix. After it is well mixed spoon into a bag with 2 cups powdered sugar and shake well. If cereal sticks together separate by hand. Delicious!
