YOGURT BREAD 
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) yogurt, your favorite
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. skim milk
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. oil

Put first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Mix in yogurt, eggs, milk, sugar and oil; mixing well. Add dry ingredients, stirring until dry ingredients are moist. Spoon batter into loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
