CRAB MEAT PIE 
1 lg. (13 oz.) can crab meat
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. freshly grated Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

9 INCH PIE CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
4-5 tbsp. cold water

Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Combine until mix looks like small peas. Sprinkle water a tablespoon at a time until pastry holds together. Roll out and line pie plate.
