CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. cranberries, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. oil

Mix cranberries and sugar together; set aside. Combine flour, sugar, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Beat together egg, buttermilk, and oil. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir in berries. Place in muffin pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
