PULGOGI (Korean Beef) 
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. green onions (scallions), minced
1 clove garlic, chopped or pressed
1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix thoroughly. Use pork, beef or chicken sliced thin. Marinate for 1/2 hour or more in refrigerator.
