1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Put all in blender. Pour in buttered 9 inch glass pie plate. Bake in 400 degree oven about 25-30 minutes. Serve cold.
