TORTILLA GRANDE 
1 lg. bag tortilla chips
2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion

Brown beef with onion. Add enchilada sauce, soup and water. Put 1/2 bag of chips in bottom of dish, then 1/2 meat sauce, then cheese, then repeat. Cover and microwave until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
