GARLIC-MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE 
1 egg
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
6 cloves garlic
2 c. olive oil

Combine the egg, mustard and vinegar in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Season with salt and pepper and process 1 minute. With the motor running, add the garlic cloves 1 by 1. Dribble in the olive oil in a slow steady stream. When all the oil is incorporated, taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
