8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. Accent
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Add 8 oz. crabmeat and bake in shallow serving dish, such as a pretty pie pan, for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and sprinkle with 2 oz. of grated Cheddar cheese and paprika. Return to oven and bake until bubbly, about 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with crackers.
