CHICKEN AND RICE WITH CHEESE 
Whole chicken
2 c. broth
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cheddar cheese soup

Boil chicken; cut off the bone. Cut into small pieces. Take cut-up chicken and 2 cups broth from cooked chicken, 1 cup rice and can of cheese soup. Mix all together in 9-inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done. Cover with aluminum foil.
