CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 c. Hershey's syrup
1/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
2 c. 1/2 and 1/2 (Half and Half cream), whip it
2 egg whites, stiffly whipped

1. Combine syrup, Eagle Brand, vanilla and salt. Blend well.

2. Chill thoroughly.

3. Add 1/2 and 1/2 (Half and Half cream), whipped.

4. Mix with mixer until spongy and light.

5. Fold in stiffly whipped egg whites.

6. Freeze (1 hour).

7. Take out of freezer, scrape sides of bowl and stir.

8. Freeze until ready to serve. Real good - tastes like ice cream.
