GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIES 
2 to 3 pkg. graham crackers (almost 1 whole box)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

For easier handling and clean up, line cookie sheet with foil, forming edges all around.

Break graham crackers into halves or fourths and place on foil, covering entire cookie sheet. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bring butter and sugar to boil in a medium saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Spoon sugar mixture over crackers. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Cool 3 minutes, then transfer cookies to clean foil to cool completely.
