5 HOUR BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
Clove of garlic
Oregano
Salt & pepper
Celery
Carrots
Onions

C ut celery and carrots in large pieces. Leave onions whole. Place all in 3 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Cook potatoes separately. Add to stew when ready to serve.
