CARROT AND NOODLE SALAD 
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. celery, cut up
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (6-7 inches) can tuna
Lemon juice to taste
2 c. chow mein noodles

Mix all ingredients except noodles. Add noodles just before serving. this salad is good for large groups. It can be made ahead and placed in the refrigerator.
