CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 chicken, approx. 4 lbs., cut up
1/2 lb. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
Paprika

NOODLES: Beat egg yolks lightly with 1/2 cup water. Mix flour thick enough to stay together when cooked in hot water. Drop from tip of teaspoon in hot salted water; cook until done. Drain.

Saute onions in butter. Add cut up chicken. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Add 1 cup water. Keep adding water as it cooks away. Bake chicken until done. Add sour cream and noodles and reheat. Pour broth into another pan and make gravy if desired. Pour over chicken.
