BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 sm. hen (or 2 fryers)
1 lb. boneless stew meat (beef)
1 lb. boneless pork
Squirrels (if desired)
1 lb. onions
3 lb. potatoes
Celery
Carrots
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans cream style corn
1 can English peas
1 can lima beans
1/2 bottle catsup (sm.)
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. salt
Black pepper

Cook until well done over low heat, about 2-3 hours.
