MAPLE - PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. maple syrup (can use maple flavored syrup)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs slightly with rotary beater. Add sugar, flour, syrup and butter; beat until well blended. Stir in chopped nuts; pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set in center. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
