MERT'S CHILI 
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
3 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can Hormel chili
1 can chili beans
1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) Schilling chili seasoning mix
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Dash of chili powder (opt.)

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large pot. Heat and simmer while you brown hamburger and onions. Mix all together. Simmer at least 1 hour. Stir occasionally. The longer you simmer it, the better it gets.
