PERGOGE 
3 lb. flank or skirt steak, not tenderize
2/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sesame seed
10 green onions, finely sliced
1/2 c. sugar

Mix marinade and pour over steak. Marinate for 4 to 24 hours. Grill over hot coals, 5 minutes per side, to medium rare. Slice diagonally into serving pieces. Serve over rice. NOTE: Extra marinade can be made and poured over rice.
