3 c. cornbread mix
1/2 c. salad oil
1 lg. onion, grated
1 1/3 c. yellow cheese, grated
8 strips chopped crisp bacon
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream style corn
Chopped pimiento
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 13x9 pan. Bake at 400 F. until done and brown, about 45 minutes.
