TACO SALAD 
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for cheeseburger macaroni
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
Dash of ground red pepper, if desired
6 c. shredded lettuce
1 med. green pepper, chopped (about 1 c.)
2 med. tomatoes, chopped (about 1 1/2 c.)
1/3 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives

Prepare mix for cheeseburger macaroni as directed on package except stir in chili powder, garlic and red pepper with the Sauce Mix. After simmering 15 minutes, uncover and cook 5 minutes longer.

Place remaining ingredients in large salad bowl; toss with beef mixture. Serve immediately or, if desired, cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips and dairy sour cream if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings.
