CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, drop by teaspoon, 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until brown on 375 degrees. Makes 6 dozen.
