EASY PUMPKIN BREAD 
2/3 c. hot water
2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream shortening, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir in water. Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
