BANANA CAKE 
Batter:

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. bananas, mashed

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lb. 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into three 9 inch greased floured pans. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost.

Frosting:

Cream cheese and butter together. Add 10x sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Spread on cooled layers.
