BREAD DIP 
2 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
3 pkgs. chopped, pressed beef
3 green onions chopped (use tops too)
2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)

Chop beef into bite size chunks. Combine beef with all other ingredients. Let chill for several hours. Hollow out Flintstone bread and fill with dip. Use bread scraps from center to dip.
