SKEWERED CHICKEN | |
3 med. chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. dry white wine OR vinegar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. cooking oil 3/4 tsp. Italian seasonings 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. onion powder Dash of pepper Cut chicken into strips, 1 1/4 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. Thread strips loosely into 6 to 8 skewers. Place skewers in 2 layers in a 12x7 1/2x2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover, chill 2 to 3 hours. Drain. Grill over hot coals. |
