EGGNOG KRINGLA 
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dairy eggnog
1 egg

In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium speed until softened. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Add flour mixture and eggnog alternately. Beating until well mixed, cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Working with half of the dough at a time on floured surface. Roll rounded tablespoon of dough into pencil-like strips, about 8 inch long and 1/2 inch thick. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Make shape of pretzel.
