TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 head shredded lettuce
2 c American cheese, grated
1 bag Frito corn chips
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing

Sauté beef, salt, and onion in skillet. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl place lettuce, beef, grated cheese, corn chips, and dressing and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
