In a jar mix first 6 ingredients.

1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. spinach, cut into bite sized piece
2 med. cucumbers, sliced real thin

Pour dressing over spinach and cucumbers.
