SHANGHAI SALAD 
2 c. bean sprouts, fresh
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple cubes, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2-2/3 oz. pkg. diced almonds, toasted

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix all salad ingredients together and then at last minute, pour on the dressing.
