STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices luncheon ham
1 pkg. dry stuffing mix
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Lay chicken skin side down and sprinkle with salt. Put a slice of ham on top of each breast. Make stuffing mix according to directions on box. Divide in 6 portions on top of ham. Fold chicken up over stuffing and secure with a toothpick. Put in baking pan, skin side up. Mix soup with water to make a sauce. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until soft. Very good.
