CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 c. water chestnuts
1 c. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix chicken, celery, pineapple, grapes and water chestnuts. Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder and soy sauce. Combine. Chill well at least 4 hours. Just before serving, add the slivered almonds.
