FISH FILLETS SAUTERNE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Regina cooking sauterne
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 lb. white fish fillets (sole, flounder, haddock)

Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in sauterne, pepper and parsley. Place fish in pan. Spoon sauce over fish. Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish to warm platter. Boil sauce until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce over fish. Serves 6.
