TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
Salt
Pepper
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 bottle Catalina dressing
3-4 tomatoes
2-3 green onions
1 avocado
1-2 c. chopped lettuce
1 1/2 c. Fritos, crushed

Saute ground beef and onions. Drain off liquid. Add chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Drain beans, add. Grate cheese and add along with Catalina dressing. Chop tomatoes, avocado, green onions and lettuce. Crush Fritos. Add just before serving.
