CHICKEN ENTREE 
8 (4 oz.) skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1 tbsp. lite soy sauce
3 oz. thawed concentrate pineapple juice
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Dash of Tabasco sauce
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
4 oz. raspberry preserves
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. white wine or vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
