1 regular crust
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs or crackers
1/2 sm. can tomato sauce

Mix all together, press.

TOPPING:

1 c. grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all together. Pour over pie. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
