HAWAIIAN STYLE CHICKEN 
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
La Choy Soy Sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
Chicken pieces, white meat mostly, but may use thighs and legs

Brush chicken pieces with soy sauce. Be sure chicken is completely coated. Arrange pineapple in bottom of casserole. Arrange chicken on top. Pour juice and brown sugar over all. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until chicken is done. Cover with foil before baking.
