TACOS WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO AND
CHEESE
 
Chicken, beef or quick beef filling (I use beef)
12 pkg. taco shells
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
2 or 4 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar (2 c.)
4 med. tomatoes, chopped
Hot pepper sauce

Prepare desired filling; stuff each taco shell with 2 or 3 tablespoons of filling; add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a few drops of hot pepper sauce to taste.

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook 2 pounds of beef and 2 medium onions chopped until browned; spoon off fat. Add 4 medium tomatoes chopped, 2 teaspoons oregano leaves, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and 2 garlic cloves, minced; heat.
