LEMON BREAD WITH POPPY SEED 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 sm. box instant lemon pudding
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix above ingredients and beat for 45 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
