SKILLET TWIN LOAVES 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce & onions
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
3 carrots, cut up
3 potatoes, cut in half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water

Mix first 4 ingredients with 1/2 sauce and salt and pepper. Form 2 loaves, 3"x5". Brown on all sides in oil in a large skillet. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and other 1/2 of tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serves 6 to 8.
