HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
5 c. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, mashed
1/2 c. chopped onions

Brown beef in Dutch oven. Combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cook 30 minutes.

NOTE: You may use boneless or rib stew. But cook until tender. Serves 6 to 8.
