1 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
4 c. shelled pecans

Combine sugar and orange juice in a large saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until bubbling. Dump in pecans and stir until nuts are thoroughly coated and have used up the sugar mixture, about 5 minutes. Spread out onto cookie sheets to cool. Store in airtight containers.

This is a tasty holiday treat - great to give as gifts in pretty jars.
