4-H JACKPOT DROP COOKIES 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Measure sifted flour. Sift:

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat thoroughly:

1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Add:

Flour mixture
1 c. rolled oats (quick or reg.)
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. raisins and nuts (if desired)

Drop on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes to golden brown. Remove from pan with a turner. Place on paper towels to cool, then place in container with a tight lid.
