CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 or 2 cooked frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter

Cover and cook chicken in water until tender. Remove chicken and reserve 1 cup broth. Cut chicken in chunks and put in greased baking dish, 9 x 13 inches. Cover chicken with cooked, drained broccoli. Mix together soup, broth, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over all and dribble with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until dish is bubbly hot.
